Rates are listed per cottage. Each cottage sleeps 6 guests comfortably.
All rates are in Canadian Dollars and subject to the harmonized sales tax (HST) and can change at any time.

Peak Season: July/August
During peak season we rent Sunday to Saturday at a weekly rate of $850.
Off Season: end of May/June/September
During the off season we are flexible on arrival and departure dates (based on availability) and rent at a weekly rate of $850 or daily rate of $150 with a minimum 2 night stay.

Watercraft Rentals
We offer daily and weekly rates to rent a motor boat, canoe or kayak. Please let us know when booking if you are interested in any of the below so we can confirm their availability. Adult Personal Flotation Devices and all other required safety equipment will be provided for each rental.

All rentals will be checked prior to and once returned for damage. If damage has occurred, it will be charged to renter.
Terms & Conditions
Smoking Policy
All units are non-smoking. Smoking and vaping of any type is prohibited inside all buildings. Also, there is a zero tolerance policy for cigarette butts being discarded on the ground or in the lake. Cans are provided to each cottage for proper disposal.
Fire Policy
No fires are permitted on the island.
Quiet Time
The peace and quiet of Breechwood Lodge is very important for our guests so we ask that generators and music are turned off by 10 pm.
Pets
During the peak season (July/August) we are pet free, except for service animals. During the off season (May/June/September) we may allow pets based on occupancy and at our discretion. Please inquire at time of booking.
Number of Guests
We reserve the right to limit the number of guests that occupy a cottage. If there are more people than the maximum capacity, guests will be required to rent additional cottages.

If the details of your reservation changes, please contact us at breechwoodlodge@outlook.com as soon as possible. We appreciate sufficient notice to ensure we can fill the vacancy.
